Andrew K. Preston
Andrew is a partner in the firm’s litigation department. With more than a decade of experience, he has handled numerous cases in both state and federal court from inception through trial and appeal.
Andrew began his career in the field of election law at the New York State Senate before becoming a Deputy County Attorney in the General Litigation Bureau of the Nassau County Attorney’s Office. For three years as a Deputy County Attorney, Andrew defended Nassau County and its employees in lawsuits alleging employment discrimination, civil rights violations, and Article 78 violations.
Since joining the firm eight years ago, Andrew has represented both public and private sector corporations in a broad range of civil rights, land use and zoning, and commercial matters.
