Richard P. Ready

Richard P. Ready manages the firm’s Real Estate Group, as well as provides oversight and management of the firm’s business operations.

Richard P. Ready concentrates his personal practice in the areas of residential and commercial real-estate collateralized lender representation, as well as the representation of individuals, closely held businesses, not-for-profit organizations and municipalities in purchase/sale and land development transactions. Additionally, he oversees the firm’s representation of a variety of municipal planning and zoning bodies and serves as a municipal prosecutor for matters involving zoning and land use violations.

A graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, Mr. Ready is admitted to practice in New York State and United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts.

Amongst the many recognitions received for his professional and community services, Mr. Ready has been recognized as a “Top Lawyer” by Long Island Pulse Magazine, achieved an “AV” preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell, and is an active member of the Nassau County and New York State Bar Associations’ Real Property Law Committees, as well as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
