Robert Connolly

Mr. Connolly is of-counsel to the firm and works with the litigation department on a range of cases in federal and state courts at both the trial and appeals level.
He concentrates his litigation practice in the areas of employment law, including cases involving Civil Rights, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the New York State Human Rights Law (NYSHRL). He also litigates cases involving real estate, commercial, and personal injury law.

In his more than twenty-five years of practice, Mr. Connolly has represented a wide range of clients, including large corporations, mid-sized and small businesses, as well as individuals. He has had a long relationship with the firm and was a partner at for seven years before establishing his of-counsel relationship. He was also a partner at a large Long Island law firm in the litigation department for seven years before joining the firm as a partner.
